Review: Rose day cream

Shalu Attri is a dear friend, who reads my blogs and always gives me great feedback and ideas for my blogs. She is based in US. She told me about this wonderful cream that she has been using. I asked her to review it and write a guest post for my readers. Here is her guest post and her review.

I have been using this rose day cream for almost a year now. This is an excellent product that is derived from natural ingredients.

I have a combination skin with an oily T-zone. My skin changed drastically during pregnancy. My Aveda face moisturizer (that I had been using for years) started stinging suddenly. It was a wake up call to evaluate the ingredients in the products I use on my skin.

At that time, I switched to Dr. Hauschka Rose Day Cream on my sister's recommendation. And, boy! what a striking difference. My skin became hydrated, supple, and nourished.

What worked for me:

The cream is rich in roses.
It hydrates very well.
It does not make the skin oily.
A 1 oz tube lasts me about 3-4 months.
It is perfect for cold Winters. However, I use it in California's Summer as well.

The cream costs $42.

However, If you look at how long the cream lasts you, the Return on Investment is pretty amazing.

I absolutely love this cream, and would recommend it for combination skin types.

It retails at Whole Foods in United States, and can often be bought on sale for $30. It also retails on Amazon.com. You can read more reviews here:

There is also a lighter version is the cream that retails in US. It called Rose Day Cream - Light. It was too light for my skin, but It may be a good option for scorching Indian Summer.
