Thera Band exercise- 2

Starting Position

Step up on one end of the thera band, which is placed on the floor. Make sure to place the balls of your feet on it. Hold the other end of the thera band with your right hand, close to your right shoulder.

As you exhale, pull the right hand up and above the right shoulder. Reach and stretch.

Bring it down to the starting position. Continue to repeat 20 times and then do the same on the left side.
