You are what you eat

Of late, work is keeping me too busy. It is expanding and lots of new things have added to my portfolio. Besides, work, dance keeps me busy.
I am interacting only with few chosen people. Today was a free day, when I attended a friend's party.
It has been a month since I have turned vegan and I lost 3.5 kg so far. 1.5 more to go. But then, I will set another target. You certainly are what you eat. Your food affects your thoughts, lifestyle, outlook, perspective, everything. I am feeling so good with my vegan diet. 
 I craved to have - Dhokla but did not have. (It has yogurt).
My comfort food has been mangoes.
