6 Foods that you should totally avoid to be fit

You are what you eat. Here is a list of foods that should be a complete no no. These foods not only make you gain weight but also bring along many health problems like high blood sugar, cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease, etc with them. If you are health and fitness conscious, you will completely avoid these foods. They give you no nutrition but only add to your health problems. Avoiding these foods means avoiding health problems.

1. Pizza. The added vegetables are good. Apart from that, it is pure junk.


2. Burger. Same as pizza. A little lettuce or vegetables are good nutrition. Apart from that the major percentage is junk.


3. Finger fries- Deep fried, saturated fat. No healthy nutrients.


4. White breads- Same as pizza and burger. 


5 Aerated drinks- Pure sugar and harmful chemicals. No nutritional value.


6. Sweets- Any kinds of sweets- Indian sweets, cakes, pastries, tarts, puddings. Sweets are a culprit for weight gain and health problems.
