Yoga poses for the day

After working out with TRX and Bosu on the core yesterday, the core needed some stretching through Yoga. 
Here are the poses for the day
1. Parivrtta Janu Sirsana- Revolved head to knee pose.


2.  Paschimottasana- the seated forward bend 


3. Ustrasana- The camel pose
