Let go

One of the hardest thing to do in life is to let go. It is also the most emancipating and exhilarating thing to do. Human nature is to hold on. Hold on to love, anger, pain, guilt, frustration, betrayal, loss. We resist change, we fight to hold on and we fight to let go. What does meditation teach or help us do? It just helps us to let go. Why does meditation make us peaceful, calm and quite? Because we let go. Breathe in and let go.
Sometimes we experience lot of negativity. Betrayal and blame is never easy to accept. It is natural to be angry. Anger and frustration is more when the betrayal and blame comes from someone trusted, known and loved. Sri Sri says, it is OK to be angry. It is normal and natural. Just make sure to channelize your anger in the right direction.
The mistakes of our life make life better. They are not mistakes, they make you more experienced and knowledgeable. As long as we become better and not bitter, it is a step in the right direction.

De cluttering your life is always good and a step in the right direction. De clutter not just things, clothes, etc, but de clutter all the negative people around you.

  1. "De-clutter all the negative people around you" Your sharings on blog and fb had given me clarity about this. As much as possible stay away from negative people, fill myself up with positivity(discovering your true beauty) and then its OK.
    Desire/expectation is the root cause of misery. Learning and Growing...
