While shooting for an action scene for his film, Wazir, Farhan Akhtar got injured. He got punched in the wrong spot and has excruciating pain. His left hand was completely immobilized. He was rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with a condition which affects tendons of the elbow. It is called epicondylitis.
Recently Farhan opened the music fest in Hyderabad and sang live.
