TRX exercises

Exercising with TRX gives you strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. 
It is a total body workout. You can advance your training at your own pace. TRX exercises make the body work as an integrated system and leverage your own body as resistance, so you get more done in less time than traditional weight training. The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. This Training utilises a lever bar and resistance cord to provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges.

  1. I remember trying this in my Contemporary dance class, and yes it was taxing. But, I loved the fact that I get more things done in a lesser time compared to the traditional weight training.
