Eat what you like. Or should you?

Hi There!
Gear up your knowledge about food combinations that may be harmful to you. There may be some surprises in store. There are some foods that we love and have as often as possible- say potatoes and cheese. But did you know that starch in the potatoes reacts with protein in cheese creating havoc in the system? This may not be visible immediately, but will duly manifest sometime when it is least expected. So beware of food combinations that don’t mix well and which you should try and avoid.
Here are some commonly mixed foods that are an absolute No-

·       Lemon squeezed over Tomato or Cucumber

S   Sour fruit with Yogurt

·       Cheese on toast

·    Banana shakes

·       Orange juice with cereal mixed with milk

·       Tomato sauce with pasta mixed with cheese

·       Energy drinks with milk

·       Morel mushrooms with alcohol

·       Corn and nuts
