Mouni Roy is wearing an outfit by Rajat Tangri today. She paied it with gold shoes and gold bag. It is too much bling for us. Only good thing is her simple makeup and her hair tied in a ponytail. That is a saving grace. Apart from that, for us, it is a very tacky look.
