Neha Dhupia was in Delhi. She wore a lovely Raw Mango sari and teamed it with Anmol jewels. Everything was lovely- the makeup, the centre parted hair in a bun. But the blouse ruined it all. It is so off. The color, the fit, the sleeves, the neck. Even our grandmothers wore better blouses. Shirt blouses are big nay. Ah! such a perfect styling, spoilt completely with a blouse.
