Ciragan Palace milonga, Istanbul

Çırağan Palace (Turkish: Çırağan Sarayı), a former Ottoman palace, is now a five-star hotel in the Kempinski Hotelschain. It is located on the European shore of the Bosporus, between Beşiktaş and Ortaköy in Istanbul, Turkey. The inner walls and the roof were made of wood, the outer walls of colorful marble. A very high garden wall protects the palace from the outer world.
We had a milonga in this magnificent hotel. This was by far the biggest milonga I have ever seen in my life. They had a live band from Argentina. I think some 1200 couple were on the floor and there was hardly any space to dance. But still the energy was so high. As you can see in the pictures, we came out and started our own photo session and get some fresh air. Loved every moment there.
