The Bento Cafe: Restaurant review

The Bento Cafe is in food court of DLF Mall of India in Noida. It is a Pan Asian cuisine. The concept is Bento- The Japanese lunch box which has sushi, vegetables, salad, etc. They have very cute colour coded boxes depending on the protein that you select. It is kind of do it yourself box. These are special combos not just Hakka noodles and chicken. They show you different ways of eating food.
Step1. You choose your rice or noodles,
Step 2. You choose vegetarian or Non vegetarian option
You get your free salad and get your complete Bento Box.
The prices are nominal. It is freshly made under 10 minutes (unless it is gourmet).
Their emphasis is on freshness, speed of service, authenticity and unique concept of this brand.
The meal comes with a flag so that people recognize which country it is from. Initially, they brought Chef Sam Wong from Singapore to train their entire team.
The team seemed very enthusiast. They want people to try and experiment.
I loved the sushi and my bento boxes.
Each thing that I tasted was really fresh and delicious. A simple mock tail I tried- Watermelon kaffir lime slush was freshly made and did not have preservatives or syrup. I enjoyed the new way of having my full meal.
