Black silk paithani saree has silver zari work going on throughout. It's got a running muniya border done with silver zari work, as well. The pallu has brilliantly colored parrots pattern, and a muniya border. Paithani is a variety of sari, named after the Paithan town in Aurangabad from the state of Maharashtra where the saree was first made by hand. We have more such collections.
