Chakras.

Ever since, I took my first course in the field of fitness back in 1996, I constantly wanted to update my knowledge in this field with newer and more advanced courses, seminars, resolutions, researches, books, DVD's etc. I wanted to learn everything in this field.
Now for quite some time, I was not getting to learn something NEW and was feeling stagnated.
Now the excitement has come back. I have recently started learning about Chakra Workout, I am learning about aura, balancing chakra with yoga.

We have 7 main Chakras

The crown chakra- on and slightly above the crown
The brow chakra- at the middle of the bow
Throat Chakra- on the centre of the throat
Heart Chakra- on the middle of the chest
Solar plexus Chakra- two finger above and below the naval
Sacral Chakra- on and slightly above genitals
Root Chakra- at the base of the spine

Ok. Now following are pics of my Salsa party.

Below are are pictures of scintillating performance by Sai and Kirti which everyone including me were gaping and watching.

  1. when i was in college, i was reading a book about pranic healing and that's where i learned something about these chakras. i feel like its true. :) it was a book written by choa kok sui if i am not mistaken.

sorry for the late reply, dear. i am doing good with my workout. no more muscle pain but when i do chest exercises, i feel some pain in my joins in my left shoulder...its like the joints are locking and i can feel some ticking...

  2. kiran : since you are reading up about chakras, here is a nice article by Sri Sri Ravishankar published in TOI a long time ago about the spiritual significance of chakras.

  19. i don't know, somehow i didn't feel what i was expecting. you know maybe i didn't start right.i guess i should have gone to a more experienced practicing Buddhist. besides most things were in Japanese, i hardly understood much. i don't know the reason but somehow instead of feeling peaceful i had a weirdly restless night.
