  2. Hi your stamina level is very high. The guy in the blue shirt was struggling with his workout. he looked funny, u had to help him in balancing on the swiss ball.
    Well while readind ur older post I came across the post where u had mentioned about Photofunia. I liked that site. Thanks.

  9. Saw the video chief...great piece. And im so glad all the exercises that i had forgotten, i was able to revise thru this video. You speak so well and calmly man thats such a huge thing i know i know, u have been teaching me to do that to, and I HAVE but it'll be long till i come to your level...fingers crossed...lol. Your hair does look nice..it looks smoother and bouncier, what you doing? And Chief you look hugely toned and tinner...all that dancing is showing...!!

  17. Honestly this is the first time i went to that page. I liked how u simplified the work-out and make easy and fun for the starters.

    Education is the key to health and fitness. You cannot expect to become healthy and fit without educating yourself on how to achieve health and fitness. Education is an on going process throughout your life to learn how to become fit, lose and maintain weight, eat right, etc. To achieve the greatest possible benefits to your health and fitness, there is no substitute for your own education.****Totally agree with you on this.
