Stretching after Treadmill

Running is a great form of cardiovascular exercise. But, often we hear of injuries related to running. People experience knee problem, shin split, torn ligaments, twisted ankle, back pain or other such problems after running. Hence, they are shy of such high impact activity. Many a times certain such problems can be avoided if we pay proper attention to warm up, stretching and cool down. I am demonstrating few stretches that can be done right on top of your treadmill.
All my clients can vouch, that they definitely do these stretches after running.

What am I wearing:
T shirt: Speedo
Tracks: Puma
Shoes: Tommy Hilfiger
They are not my actual running shoes. But they are OK to do stretching work.
